Full Stack Web App & Dashboard Development
When spreadsheets, disconnected tools and manual reporting start slowing a business down, a purpose-built web application is usually the fix. I build full stack web apps, client portals and internal dashboards, from the React or Next.js interface down to the APIs, database and background jobs that keep the data accurate.
My dashboard work focuses on the people who actually use it every day. On the CEO Dashboard project, for example, leadership gets executive reporting while admins and disposition teams get their own role-based views, with integrations to tools such as GoHighLevel and OpenPhone feeding the same system.

Role-based dashboards
Separate views and permissions for executives, admins and staff, built on authenticated APIs so each person only sees what they should.
Client portals and customer accounts
Secure sign-in (including Google or Facebook login where it helps), profiles, and self-service pages for bookings, orders or documents.
Backend APIs and data models
REST APIs in Node.js, Nest.js, Express or Laravel, with MySQL or PostgreSQL/Supabase schemas designed around how the business works.
Integrations and background jobs
Scheduled syncs, caching with Redis and connections to the CRMs, phone systems and payment tools you already rely on.
Reporting and exports
Charts, funnels and activity reports, with PDF or CSV export when numbers need to leave the app.

Frequently asked questions
Should I build a custom web app or use an off-the-shelf tool?
Use an existing tool when it fits your process with minor tweaks; it is faster and cheaper. A custom app makes sense when you are fighting the tool every day, paying for several tools that don't talk to each other, or need a workflow or client experience no product offers. I'm happy to tell you on the call if an off-the-shelf option is the better answer.
What should a business dashboard include?
Start from the decisions people make: the few numbers leadership checks daily, the lists operational staff work through, and alerts for things that need action. Everything else is secondary. Good dashboards also show where each number comes from and when it last updated, so people trust them.
Can you work on an existing codebase?
Yes. I can extend or stabilize an existing React, Next.js, Node.js or Laravel application. The first step is a short review so the proposal reflects what is actually there.
