API & System Integration Services
When the tools a business depends on don't talk to each other, people become the integration, copying data between systems and hoping nothing slips. I build API integrations and webhook-driven connections so data flows automatically between your CRM, phone system, ad accounts, spreadsheets and payment or booking tools.
Recent integration work includes connecting GoHighLevel and OpenPhone data into a CEO dashboard, pulling Facebook Ads metrics through the Facebook Graph API, and online payments through PayMongo in a laundry booking app.

Who this is for
- Teams manually moving data between two or more systems
- Businesses that need a custom dashboard or app to read from existing tools
- Developers or agencies who need an extra hand on a tricky third-party API
What I build
Custom API connections
Server-side integrations with REST APIs and webhooks, with authentication, pagination and rate limits handled properly.
Two-way syncs
Keeping records consistent across systems, with clear rules for which system wins when data conflicts.
Payments and bookings
Checkout, payment status and booking confirmations connected to your app and notifications.
Monitoring
Logging and alerts so a failed sync is noticed and fixed quickly instead of discovered weeks later.

Automation case study
Dashboard Subscription Campaign
This project is an automated user engagement and reactivation workflow built in n8n, designed to intelligently target and nurture users based on their account status. The system runs on a scheduled trigger and retrieves user data from a headless CMS (Strapi) via API. It filters users who either have not connected their bank account (via Plaid) or are still on a freemium plan. Using conditional logic, the workflow segments users into specific groups and dynamically selects the appropriate email template. Each user then receives a personalized email with dynamic content injection, such as first-name replacement, encouraging them to complete key onboarding steps or upgrade their subscription. The workflow also handles pagination and batching to process large datasets efficiently for stronger scalability and performance.

Frequently asked questions
Should an integration be custom code or an automation tool?
Automation tools like n8n are great for most business integrations and are easier to change. Custom code is better when an integration is core to your product, very high-volume, or needs logic that would be awkward to maintain visually. Many projects use both.
What do you need from me to start an integration?
Access to the tools involved (or a sandbox), a description of which data should move where and when, and a contact who can answer questions about edge cases.
