n8n, Make & Zapier Workflow Automation
Most teams lose hours every week to copy-paste work: moving leads between tools, building the same report, chasing onboarding steps or posting updates by hand. I design and build automations in n8n, Make and Zapier that take over that repetitive work and run reliably in the background.
My automation work includes a live Facebook Ads reporting workflow on the Facebook Graph API and Google Sheets, a project-manager bot that coordinates ClickUp tasks with Discord, an onboarding flow built on Make, Zapier and Slack, and email nurturing sequences for new users.

Who this is for
- Marketing teams rebuilding the same performance report every week
- Agencies and operators who onboard clients with the same checklist every time
- Small businesses that want tools like Sheets, Slack, Discord, Gmail and their CRM to share data
- Anyone whose existing Zaps or scenarios break silently and need a sturdier setup
What I build
Reporting automations
Scheduled pulls from ad platforms and tools into Sheets or a dashboard, formatted and delivered where the team already looks.
Onboarding and handoffs
Client or employee onboarding that creates accounts, sends messages and moves tasks forward without manual steps.
Notifications and alerts
Slack, Discord or email alerts when something needs attention, such as a new lead, a failed payment or an overdue task.
Data syncing
Keeping CRMs, spreadsheets and project tools in sync through webhooks and APIs, with error handling and retries.
Documentation
A clear map of each workflow so your team knows what runs, when, and what to do if something changes.

Frequently asked questions
n8n vs Make vs Zapier: which should a small business use?
Zapier is the simplest and has the largest app library, which makes it ideal for quick, linear automations. Make is more visual and handles branching scenarios well at a moderate price. n8n is the most flexible, supporting custom code, complex logic and self-hosting, which suits heavier or more technical workflows and can keep costs predictable at volume. I often recommend starting with whatever you already pay for and moving only when you outgrow it.
What can you automate with n8n for a business?
Common examples are lead routing from forms to a CRM, weekly ad or sales reports, client onboarding checklists, invoice and payment notifications, social media posting, syncing spreadsheets with databases, and AI steps such as summarizing emails or drafting replies.
How do you connect Facebook Ads reporting to Google Sheets automatically?
An automation calls the Facebook Graph API on a schedule, pulls the campaign metrics you care about, cleans them up and writes them into Google Sheets. From there a summary can be posted to Slack. It replaces manual exports and keeps the numbers current without anyone logging in to Ads Manager.
What happens when an automation breaks?
Good automations are built to fail loudly: errors are caught, retried where safe, and reported to a channel you watch. I also document each workflow so issues are quick to diagnose.
